A book of autobiographical scripts by Dr. Robert Hubbard, theatre professor at Northwestern College, has received a BRAG Medallion award from indieBRAG, an organization that reviews and recommends the work of self-published authors.
“Museum” by Tina Howe will be presented by Northwestern College theatre Nov. 10 and 16–18 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 11 at 2 and 7:30 p.m.
The entire Gospel of John will be performed by guest actress Kelsey Cratty in Northwestern College’s England Proscenium Theatre on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m.
Karen Bohm Barker, professor of theatre at Northwestern College, will present a one-woman musical drama on Friday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 7, at 2 and 7 p.m. in Northwestern’s England Proscenium Theatre.
April and Robert Hubbard, Northwestern College theatre professors, will present their two-person adaptation of “Macbeth” at the Minnesota Fringe Festival Aug. 3–13.
Dr. Robert Hubbard, professor of theatre at Northwestern College, has recently published a book, “Grace Notes: Stories of Surprise, Regret and Redemption.”

Northwestern profs awarded grants for summer scholarship
Thirteen Northwestern College professors will conduct research and pursue further study this summer with funding from the Northwestern College Scholarship Grants program.
High school students who are interested in theatre production are invited to participate in an overnight camp on Northwestern College’s campus July 10–13.

Student-authored play on stage at Northwestern
“This Bird Also,” a play by Northwestern College senior Abi Stoscher, will be performed in the England Theatre April 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m.
The Northwestern College Drama Ministries Ensemble will present 10 stories scripted from the Bible on Sunday, April 23, at 4 p.m.in the Allen Black Box Theatre.
