The Northwestern College Symphonic Band will present a concert on Friday, Nov. 3, at 7:30 p.m. The following Friday, Nov. 10, Northwestern’s Heritage Singers will perform, also at 7:30 p.m. Both events will be held in Christ Chapel and are free and open to the public.
The Northwestern College music department will present a fall music showcase on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m. in Christ Chapel. The public is also invited to a joint concert of Northwestern music professor Dr. Juyeon Kang (piano) and opera singer Melody Wilson (mezzo-soprano) on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m. in Christ Chapel.
Northwestern College will host organ soloist Dr. Daniel Huey for a guest recital on Saturday, Sept. 16, at 3 p.m. in Christ Chapel. On Sept. 29, Northwestern will welcome Stephen Swanson, baritone, and Dr. David Gompper, pianist, from the University of Iowa School of Music. Their piano and vocal recital will be held in Christ Chapel at 7:30 p.m.
The Orange City Arts Council and Northwestern College proudly present Boston Brass on April 28, 2023, at Christ Chapel at NWC. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. and will feature music performed by Boston Brass. Additionally, several songs will be played by the NWC Symphonic Band and local high school musicians.
The Northwestern College Symphonic Band will perform its touring concert Friday, March 17, at 7:30 p.m. in Christ Chapel. The event is free and open to the public.
Dr. Juyeon Kang, an award-winning concert artist and professor of music at Northwestern College, will present a faculty piano recital in Christ Chapel on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 7:30 p.m.
Northwestern College’s Heritage Singers chamber choir will perform the opera “Dido and Aeneas” Jan. 27 and 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the England Proscenium Theatre.
Northwestern College's 2022 Christmas Vespers concert, "In the Footsteps of Mary," will be presented Saturday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4, at 3 p.m. in Christ Chapel.

The Northwestern College Symphonic Band and illusionist Jett Skrien will be featured in a concert titled “Magic, Music and Mystery” on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7:30 p.m. in Christ Chapel.
