Choir and band tours

Annually, the A cappella Choir and Symphonic Band alternate between either an 11-day or a long weekend tour to churches, schools and concert halls across the U.S. and abroad. Recent tours have included the Midwest and both coasts. In addition, the choir has toured in Taiwan, Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland, and the band has performed in Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela and Ukraine.

Study abroad

Northwestern musicians have taken “notes” all over the world through semester-long study abroad programs and summer courses in a variety of disciplines and countries. Northwestern offers study abroad programs in Oman, Romania and dozens of other countries around the globe. Learn more

Contemporary Music Center

The Contemporary Music Center is located in Nashville, Tenn. Participants live in an artists’ community and learn about music writing, composition, performance, production and marketing. Contact global education
