For your convenience, below are links to webpages and resources you will likely need during the financial aid application process.

The following are links to forms you might need during the financial aid application process if your application is selected for verification or if your financial situation changes after you file your FAFSA.
- You may request an adjustment to your FAFSA based on special or unusual circumstances. These adjustments are called Professional Judgments.
- Use the Change of Income Professional Judgment Request in the case of a job loss, reduced hours, reduction in income, death in the family, or retirement (note: these examples are not an exhaustive list).
- Use the Other Extenuating Circumstances Professional Judgment Request in the case of high medical bills, if your family is paying K-12 private tuition, or for a one-time income source (again, this is not an exhaustive list).
- If you are selected for verification, or if your finances change, first contact our financial services office and we will walk you through the process of complying.
