Tommy Moon, director of missions, has earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in leadership and spiritual formation from George Fox University.

NWC to offer new major in translation and interpretation
Beginning next fall, Northwestern will offer a new major in Spanish translation and interpretation.
Senior nursing major Josh Roorda will present the results of his research with older adults at the Nursing Research Symposium in Sioux Falls.
Earl James, coordinator of multiracial initiatives and social justice for the Reformed Church in America, will speak about the Belhar Confession during a visit to NWC April 19–21.
Author Kali VanBaale will visit NWC to read from her debut novel, “The Space Between,” and discuss her upcoming works on April 19.
Works by 11 area artists will be exhibited in the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center April 10-26 in conjunction with the NWC play, "Picasso at the Lapin Agile."
The Sioux County Oratorio Chorus, Northwestern’s A cappella Choir and the Siouxland Boys Choir will present a joint concert on April 24.
Northwestern’s Symphonic Band and the MOC-Floyd Valley High School Symphonic Band will present a concert on April 23.

Concert to feature Dove Award-nominated groups
Two Dove Award-nominated Christian music groups will be on stage when Northwestern hosts the Live Life Loud Tour on Saturday, April 17, at 7:30 p.m. at the Rowenhorst Student Center.
