Students give presentations at research conference
Twenty-two Northwestern students gave presentations at the Siouxland Research Conference, hosted by NWC on April 22.
Dr. Heather Josselyn-Cranson, director of music ministries, has won a hymn-writing contest at Boston University.
Percussion ensembles from NWC and the University of South Dakota will present a joint concert on April 29 in Christ Chapel.

Board approves plans for suite-style residence hall
The Northwestern Board of Trustees has approved plans for a $3.5 million suite-style men’s residence hall, to be completed by early 2011.
Northwestern will award 268 diplomas during commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 8.

Mead presents paper at biblical literature conference
Dr. Jim Mead, associate professor of religion, presented a paper at the regional meeting of the Society of Biblical Literature.
Northwestern will host the Siouxland Research Conference on April 22. More than 100 psychology, social work and sociology majors expected to attend from area colleges.
