Accounting Faculty (shared professional & faculty arrangement)
In partnership with a local, full-service accounting firm, Northwestern College invites applications for a shared full-time professional/faculty position to begin August 2025. Applicants will have opportunity to practice accounting in an area of their specialty as a member of this local firm. They will also teach accounting courses such as principles of accounting, intermediate accounting, cost accounting and taxes, and participate in department and college governance.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a CPA license and a master’s degree and demonstrate effective teaching in accounting. Individuals with significant experience—over 10 years—and a B.A. degree may be alternatively qualified. A commitment to in-person, undergraduate teaching and mentoring is a must.
