Class of 2020 Outcomes ReportMethodology

• The 2020 Outcomes Report includes Northwestern students who completed degrees from the fall of 2019 through the summer of 2020.

• Information was collected during a six-month period following commencement in May.

• Data was compiled through a survey of graduates, personal contacts by staff of the Compass Center for Career & Calling, and information obtained from family, friends, professors and social media.

• Northwestern's survey response rate of 99% significantly exceeds the national standard of 65% set by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
