Northwestern 2024 Graduates Stand Out

First destination data shows that 99.5% of the class of 2024* were gainfully employed or continuing their education within six months of graduation. From landing jobs at some of the most sought-after companies to enrolling in the nation’s top graduate schools, it is clear that our graduates stand out.

* 218 graduates; statistics based on a 100% response rate. Data was compiled by Northwestern’s Compass Center for Career & Calling using the First-Destination Survey of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and following NACE guidelines and protocols.

Top industry choices for 2024 grads include education, health care, business & finance, and human services.

Grad School Data

41 members of the class of 2024 are enrolled in graduate programs ranging from medicine and law to social work and international relations.


 

Who Hired Them?

Northwestern’s 2024 graduates were hired by more than 143 different companies and organizations in positions that include credit analyst, interpreter, multimedia journalist, band director, personal trainer, laboratory technician, worship director, social studies teacher, and child and family services specialist. The average salary for graduates who are employed full time is $52,878. The maximum salary reported is $93,600.

 

Where They Landed

Members of the class of 2024 are now living and working in 22 states, Washington, D.C., and four other countries around the world.

Of those graduates who reported their geographical location, 54% are living and/or working in Iowa.
