Caylan DeLucia serves as the administrative and communications coordinator for the Compass Center, supporting staff and programs in career development and global education. She designs and implements the center’s marketing and communications plan, maintains its career management platform, coordinates employer visits, and collects post-graduate data. She also works closely with the Franken Fellow peer career mentors, helping students with their resumes and cover letters, professional development, and other elements of the career development process. And she advises students and faculty regarding off-campus study opportunities and handles administrative duties related to student applications and travel logistics.

Caylan earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Huntington University and a master's in higher education and student development from Taylor University. Previously the resident director for Stegenga Hall, she has received life design training offered through the Stanford Life Design Lab and has served on a Northwestern vocation task force.
