Menning named to council's board

Deborah Menning, instructor in English at Northwestern College, was appointed to the board of the Iowa Council of Teachers of English (ICTE) on Oct. 5.

Menning, who has frequently presented papers at ICTE conferences, will serve as college/university liaison.
