Student gives poster presentation of summer research

Amy Vander Holt, a senior psychology major from Parkersburg, Iowa, gave a poster presentation at the Society for Personality and Social Psychology conference in Memphis Jan. 25-27.
The poster summarized studies Vander Holt and others who participated in a research project at Oklahoma State University last summer did concerning the effects of in-group/out-group status and minority/majority status on organizational behaviors.
Vander Holt conducted the research with Dr. Marie Dasborough from Oklahoma State and a student from the University of California-San Francisco.
