Northwestern students serving as translators for hospital open house

Six Northwestern students will serve as translators when Orange City Health System holds an open house for its new hospital and clinic. While the 128,000-square-foot facility won’t open until Monday, May 1, the public is invited to a ribbon cutting and tours Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and a dedication and tours Sunday, April 23, from 1 to 5 p.m.
The Northwestern students who will translate for Spanish-speaking guests are Caitlyn Boot, a sophomore Spanish major from Alto,Mich. ; Andrea Collier, a junior Spanish major from Glenwood Springs, Colo.; Zac Couture, a senior humanities major from Des Moines, Iowa; Liz Reynen, a junior Spanish and sociology major from Orange City; Kelly Runge, a sophomore Spanish major from Dickinson, N.D.; and Carrie Vander Horst, a sophomore Spanish from Grandville, Mich.
