Theatre Preview Days

On Friday beginning at 1 p.m., students will visit an acting class and show rehearsal. They will also tour the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center and other campus facilities. In the evening, Northwestern theatre will present a production of “Man in the Moon.” Afterwards students are invited to join Northwestern theatre students as they have fun with improv and theatre games.

On Saturday morning, students will meet with theatre faculty and have the opportunity to audition for theatre scholarships. Scholarships are available for performance, technical and stage management roles in Northwestern theatre. Awards range from $1,500 to $2,000 annually and are based on candidates’ theatre skill, experience and plans to be actively involved in Northwestern theatre.

Parents are invited to attend the Theatre Preview Days too.
