"David and Goliath" is the next chapter in Northwestern theatre's ancient plays of Israel project (following "The Bands of Syria" and "Elisha," which have been performed by the college's touring company, and "And God Said," an original musical of 11 Old Testament stories that premiered in April '04). Ours is the classic story of the faithful lad vs. the defiant giant, scripted verbatim from the Bible and set to stage with drums, dancing and a huge puppet.
