The High School Honor Orchestra includes 69 students representing 21 schools and will be conducted by Dr. Luis Viquez from the University of South Dakota. The Middle School Honor Orchestra includes 59 students from 14 schools and will be conducted by Phillip Peters from West Des Moines Valley High School. Rehearsals begin at 10 a.m. and culminate with a concert at 7 p.m. Freewill donations will be accepted at the door to offset the festival's costs.
