Open Friday from 2 to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon
While you’re in Orange City, visit the Stadscentrum—or city center—on the corner of Central Avenue and 2nd Street to view wooden shoe carving demonstrations and to enjoy music by the Dutch street organ. Photos and exhibits that share the history of Orange City are also on display.
NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE BOOKSTORE

The bookstore will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with merchandise also available at Korver Field from one hour before kickoff until the third quarter.
DUTCH AMERICAN HERITAGE MUSEUM

Stop by our wonderful museum and learn more about Orange City history—not just of the Dutch, but also of Native Americans. The newly renovated Annex houses exhibits with artifacts from area veterans. 120 3rd Street SW (south of the Sioux County Courthouse); $5 admissions fee ($1 for students)

CHILDREN’S PLAY: “ONE SNOWY NIGHT”

Nonni, a young Icelandic boy, finds himself left home alone and in charge of his father’s prize sheep, Gullbra. When Gullbra wanders off into the wilderness, Nonni and his faithful dog, Titla, must go after her, facing mountains, glaciers—and even trolls.

This year's Red Raider Road Race will be a 5K race or a 1-mile walk. The race will begin on campus between Christ Chapel and the Learning Commons. Check-in is at 8:30 a.m., with the race starting at 9. Registration details will be posted at a later date.

All alumni, parents and campus visitors are invited to a catered tailgate picnic before the Raider football game. Space under the tailgate tent will be designated for alumni from the classes of 1973, ’83 and 2003.

RAIDER FOOTBALL VS. HASTINGS

Parents can get into the game for free by showing your student’s ID. During halftime, the 2023 Northwestern Distinguished Alumni Award winners will be recognized and the dance team will perform. Members of the Raiders’ 1973 and 1983 national championship football teams will also be honored.
