Thursday, November 1, 2007
The public is invited to attend a forum on immigration hosted by Northwestern College on Monday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. in Christ Chapel.
Northwestern’s campus ministry office is presenting a community discussion to explore the complicated and often varying viewpoints on immigration. Three panelists will dialogue about the issue and take questions from the audience: Coleman McAllister, Sioux County prosecutor; Piet Koene, Northwestern College Spanish professor and a certified court interpreter; and Diane Vander Broek, a family health advocate from Orange City.
Rick Clark, Northwestern College Spanish professor, will facilitate the discussion.
