Laaveg receives scholarship from choral society

Dan Laaveg, a senior music major from Forest City, Iowa, has been selected to receive a $500 scholarship from the Fort Dodge Choral Society.
Laaveg was selected after submitting an application along with recordings of his vocal recital last November and of him conducting the A cappella Choir on the Moses Hogan spiritual Battle of Jericho.
