What to Expect:
Camp participants will receive instruction from Northwestern coaches and players on all facets of the game that pertain to every skill-level. Camp instructors will strive to solidify your fundamentals, develop new skills, and give you the tools you need to get better in your home gym.
What to Wear/Bring:
Knee pads, tennis shoes, and water bottle

Advanced Setter/Hitter Camp 2
When: July 31, 2024 | 9:00-11:00am & 11:30am-1:30pm
Grades: Entering 8-12 for 2024-25
Advanced setter/hitter camp is for the high school athletes who want to advance their hitting or setting. After a short session on the basics, setter and hitter will work on a variety of different sets and attacks in volleyball; quicks, shoots, slides, combinations, 71s, hitting off the block, and back row attacks. This session is a 4 hour camp in 1 day.

Beginners Volleyball Camp 2
When: August 2, 2024 | 8:30-11:00am
Grades: Entering 2-5 for 2024-25
This camp is for those athletes who want to start learning about the game of volleyball. It will teach the basic fundamentals and rules to the game of volleyball. Highly energetic and experienced coaches will be involved with this camp. Don’t miss out on this exciting and educational camp to grow as a volleyball player!

Fundamental Camp 2
When: July 31 - August 2, 2024 | 2:00-5:00pm
Grades: Entering 4-8 for 2024-25
This camp is for those athletes who are looking to improve their skills in passing, serving, hitting, blocking, digging, and team play. High energy and knowledgeable coaches will be there to help you enjoy and improve your volleyball game. There will be two fundamental camps offered this summer, one in June (4 days) and one in August (3 days). Limit 120 athletes

Setter/Hitter Camp 2
When: August 1, 2024 | 9:00-11:00am & 11:30am-1:30pm
Grades: Entering 4-9 for 2024-25
This camp is for the athletes who want to focus on hitting or setting. The athletes will decide which skill they would like to focus on and then they will be divided into a setting group and a hitting group. Each skill group will work on the basics and then learn a variety of different sets and attacks.

Elite Defensive Camp 2
When: August 1, 2024 | 5:30-8:30 pm
Grades: Entering 7-12 for 2024-25
The elite defensive camp is designed for athletes who desire to train in passing, serve reception, and defense. Learn the technique and mindset needed to be a standout back row player with excellent ball control skills. Skills taught at this camp include left, middle, and right back defensive positions, serve reception, and second ball contact.

Serving Camp 2
When: August 2, 2024 | 11:30am-1:30pm
Grades: Entering 4-8 for 2024-25
Are you having trouble getting your serve over the net consistently? Do you want to learn how to jump serve? We will help you improve your standing serve and you will learn how to execute a jump top spin serve and a jump floater. This camp will give you a great foundation to begin being a dominating server.
