Klompen with the Stars

Northwestern College will host "Klompen with the Stars," a dance competition and fundraiser to benefit the Orange City Arts Council. Proceeds from the event will go toward the construction of a new mural in downtown Orange City and will bring a professional ballet company to the city's summer show program, "Onstage Orange City."

Participants, including a number of Northwestern students and alumni, will perform a variety of dance styles, including ballroom, disco, swing, hip-hop and jazz.

Tickets are $14 for adults and $7 for students at the door. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Northwestern's theatre box office or the Dove Christian Bookstore, located at 125 Central Ave. NE in Orange City. Advance tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for students. Children age 5 and under are free.
