Katherine Calvey, flutist

Katherine Calvey is the flute professor at The Conservatory of Music and principal flutist in The State Philharmonic in Chihuahua, Mexico. She holds degrees from the Peabody Institute of Music in Baltimore and the University of Michigan. She has recorded three compact discs, "Flute Fantasia"; "Silent Night", with flute and guitar; and more recently, "Canyon Echo", for solo flute, which was recorded live in Namurachi Canyon, Mexico.
