Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. Program Micro-credential
During this 12-month program, managers will explore proven business strategies, learn how to overcome personal and professional workplace challenges, and develop action plans to elevate leadership effectiveness. Participants may decide between in-person or virtual trainings. Live facilitation sessions are held in Sioux Falls during the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Virtual sessions start in April 2024 held monthly during the 3rd Wednesday and Thursday each month from 9 AM-11 AM. In addition, participants are highly encouraged to attend a coaching session monthly with a mixed group virtually between sessions. Participants have access to the Crestcom Learning Portal which provides a rich environment for applied, sustained behavior change. Participants can start during any month and must attend 44 of the 48 total hours to complete the program. Also earn CEU credits through SHRM, PMI and AIA (max of 48 total CEU).

How to earn your badge:
- Register for the Micro-credential using the button below.
- Attend all 24, 2 hour modules (offered monthly in pairs, for a total of 4 hours per month or 48 hours annually.)
- Upload participation action plan (PAP) to the online Crestcom Learning Portal at the conclusion of each module.
- Follow through with monthly implementation.
