Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. Program Micro-credential
During this 12-month program managers will explore proven business strategies, learn how to overcome personal and professional workplace challenges, and develop action plans to elevate leadership effectiveness. Cohort discussions, combined with leadership perspectives from subject matter experts, create a rich learning environment for sustained behavior change. All sessions facilitated live; participants may decide between classroom or virtual setting. Classroom sessions are held in Sioux Falls during the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Virtual sessions are held monthly during the 3rd Tuesday and Thursday each month from 9 AM-11 AM. In addition, all participants are highly encouraged to attend a monthly virtual coaching session with their program peers between sessions. Participants can start during any month and may earn CEU credits through PMI, SHRM, NASBA, AIA, and CFSP.

How to earn your badge:
- Register for the Micro-credential using the button below.
- Attend all 24, 2 hour modules (offered monthly in pairs, for a total of 4 hours per month or 48 hours annually.)
- Upload participation action plan (PAP) to the online Crestcom Learning Portal at the conclusion of each module.
- Follow through with monthly implementation.
