Tyler Youngers has over 12 years of experience with K-12 learner assessment, curriculum development and design, and student and staff training, currently working as an educational consultant for Northwest AEA. As an instructional technology coach and instructional designer, he coordinates professional learning opportunities for teachers to develop their abilities in best practices for teaching and learning in the digital age. Previously, Youngers held positions as an instructional technology consultant and MS/HS social sciences teacher and technology support. He teaching online graduate courses in computer science.
Youngers earned master’s degrees in educational leadership from Northwest Missouri State and instructional technology from the University of Northern Iowa. He also holds certifications as Google Certified Educator and OLLIE Certified Instructor, proficiencies in computer science standards, and numerous educational technology platforms and tools.
