Dr. Samantha Evans earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeastern State University. Prior to joining the faculty at Northwestern College, she worked as a K-12 classroom teacher for multiple years and for the Professional Development and Leadership Academic at the University of Oklahoma.

Evans has presented on topics in early childhood education across the country and is a member of the National Association of Early Childhood Teacher Educators.
