Nicole Roder has over 25 years of experience in education. She has served as the principal for Rock Valley Community School District since 2009. Prior to becoming an administrator, Roder taught High School Spanish for West Central Valley School District and adult Spanish education classes. She has presented at several conferences including Iowa Infinite Campus Users Conference, School Administrators of Iowa, 1:1 Conference and Iowa STEM Best Conference. She is also a member of the Iowa Workforce Development Board and serves as a mentor for the SAI principal mentoring program.
Roder earned her undergraduate degree in education from the University of Northern Iowa and then completed a Master of Arts in Education with Viterbo University, WI.
