Dan Spahn has been teaching computer science and information technology in higher education for over 20 years. In addition to teaching in Northwestern College's Computer Science Endorsement program, he works as the Information Systems Administrator and Data Analyst for Sioux City Schools. In this role, he administers the district’s student information system to ensure data integrity and works with the district's 23 schools conducting training and reporting data to the Iowa Department of Education.
Dan earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Briar Cliff University.
