Interview format

The audition or interview experience is an opportunity to meet one of your future professors and one of our favorite parts of the scholarship process. Ideally, this happens face-to-face so we can get to know you and you can get a feel for the love and community of this department. The word "audition" might be scary, but we try to be as warm and inviting as possible. In fact, if you already have a campus visit scheduled, we'd love to have you take that opportunity to complete your audition then. Students tell us that seeing and being in the space is an affirming part of their decision process. However, if travel is not feasible, or you can't fit a visit into your crazy theatre schedule, we wouldn't want you to miss out, so we also offer a virtual option.
