Tamika Lewis serves as an assistant professor for the M.A. Clinical Mental Health and M.A. School Counseling programs at Northwestern College. A Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), Lewis brings experience in counselor education, higher education, and clinical mental health practice. Prior to joining Northwestern College, she served as Director of Counseling Services and Instructor of Psychology at the University of South Carolina Lancaster, and as an adjunct professor in counselor education at the University of the Cumberlands. Her professional interests include counselor education, student wellness, and preparing future counselors for ethical, compassionate practice.
