Layne Henn serves as a Tier 1 coordinator for the Sioux City Community School District. He also worked as an management information systems (MIS) administrator and taught computer applications for the school system. Henn earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics and a master's degree in education/instructional technology from Morningside College.
