Northwestern College
Award-winning artist Judy Thompson shared her talents with Northwestern College for this year’s Christmas card. Judy’s art has received national and regional awards, including Best of Show in the Iowa Watercolor Society Annual Juried Exhibition. Judy, alongside her husband, Dale, served Northwestern for more than 30 years while he was the director of the Rowenhorst Student Center and coached Raiders cross country teams.
Northwestern’s worship team recorded several Christmas hymns this year. Featured are Samantha Vermeer, Gabrielle Johnson and Dustin Groen on vocals; Elena Lee on keyboard; Ana Sandbulte on violin; Kyle Christy on cello; and Lucas Rausenberger on cajón. Recording, mixing and mastering done by Josh Kuipers, director of worship.
