Lindsay Simmelink Director of Student Programs and First-Year Experience
Lindsay Simmelink is the director of student programs and Northwestern's First-Year Experience. Her areas of responsibility include new student orientation, first-year programming, student activities, clubs, and serving as the student government adviser. Prior to her current position, Lindsay was a resident director at Northwestern College for 10 years, the latter three of which she also served as the assistant director of student programs. A graduate of John Brown University, she earned a master's degree in higher education from Taylor University.
