Dr. Jiying (Jenny) Song has a Ph.D. in leadership studies from Gonzaga University, a Master of Divinity from George Fox University, and was previously on the faculty of George Fox University. Certified in project management, she has extensive industry experience as a senior engineer and operation director in IT and logistics and supply chain management in China. She serves as the associate editor for The International Journal of Servant-Leadership and is the first editor for Servant-Leadership and Forgiveness: How Leaders Help Heal the Heart of the World (SUNY Press), the second editor for Global Servant-Leadership: Wisdom, Love and Legitimate Power in the Age of Chaos (Lexington), and the first editor for Servant-Leadership, Feminism, and Gender Well-Being: How Leaders Transcend Global Inequities Through Hope, Unity, and Love (SUNY Press). She received Northwestern's Faculty Excellence in Faith and Learning Award in 2022.
