Step into the world of Northwestern theatre by joining us for a Friday in February. At this special Northwestern College Raider Day, you can interact with theatre faculty, watch Northwestern theatre in action, and audition or interview for a scholarship.
Online registration for the Theatre Raider Days will open in September.
Schedule of Events
10 a.m. | Registration in the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center lobby |
10:15 a.m. | Welcome and Admissions Presentation |
10:30 a.m. | Campus Tour |
11:30 a.m. | Lunch with Theatre Department Faculty and Staff |
12:45 to 1:45 p.m. | Auditions for Theatre Scholarships (each student will receive an audition time slot) |
2:10 p.m. | "History and Theory of Theatre" Class, taught by Dr. Robert Hubbard, professor of theatre |
3:10 to 3:30 p.m. | Drama Ministries Ensemble Rehearsal |
5 to 6:30 p.m. | Dinner with Theatre Students (prospective students only) |
7 to 9:30 p.m. | Winter Workshop Performance of "Sweat" |

The goal of the Northwestern College theatre department is to equip theatre artists for the task of developing their creative gifts for service in the Kingdom of Christ.
