Women′s halls
- Christy Suites
- Christy Suites is under construction and will be completed by the fall of 2024. The suites will feature two 2-person rooms joined by a shared bathroom. The furniture will include modular beds, desks and dressers that can be arranged in various combinations. Lofts are not allowed. Walls will be sheetrock, floors will be carpeted and the building will be air-conditioned.

- Stegenga Hall
- Stegenga rooms are air-conditioned and come with bunk beds, dressers and desks. Lofts are not allowed. Walls are sheetrock and floors are carpeted.

Men's halls
- Hospers Hall
- Hospers rooms come with bunk beds and built-in desks and dressers. Lofts are allowed if you follow these construction guidelines. Pre-built lofts are available on a first come, first serve basis. Contact Dana Van Ostrand ( dana.vanostrand@nwciowa.edu) to inquire. Walls are cinder block and floors are carpeted.

- North Suites
- North Suites rooms come in two configurations: two 2-person rooms joined by a shared bathroom and one 4-person room with shared bathroom facilities. North furniture includes modular beds, desks and dressers that can be arranged in various combinations. Lofts are not allowed. Walls are sheetrock, floors are carpeted and the building is air-conditioned.

- Smith Hall
- Previously a women’s dorm, Smith will house men beginning in the fall of 2024. Smith rooms come with stackable furniture (beds, dressers and shelves) that allow for creative and original room design. Lofts are not allowed. Walls are cinder block and floors are carpeted. Rooms on the east wing are air-conditioned; those on the west wing are not.
