Field Placement and Licensure Coordinator (Education)
Northwestern College has a 3/4-time position available for a field placement and licensure coordinator in the education department beginning mid-August. Responsibilities include assisting with field placements in the undergraduate and graduate programs, communicating with student teachers and cooperating teachers, and systemizing licensure applications for undergraduate and graduate teacher candidates. The coordinator will track and communicate with graduate students as they progress toward graduation or licensure. Also included are duties relating to accreditation, managing assessment data, and preparing assessment reports.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, efficiency and accuracy is also vital.
