Admissions Counselor

Northwestern College has an anticipated opening for a full-time enrollment counselor position beginning July 15, 2020. This position involves managing a recruitment territory and encouraging students to enroll. Responsibilities include traveling to visit with prospective students and their families, following up via multiple communication methods, and assisting with on-campus recruitment events conducted by the admissions office.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of and commitment to Christian higher education is expected.

The successful candidate  will have an authentic Christian faith and support the college’s mission and identity as expressed in our Vision for Learning, Vision for Diversity and Statement of Christian Identity.
