Financial Services Coordinator

Northwestern College seeks a highly detailed, results-oriented individual to serve as our advancement office financial services coordinator. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing all gifts received by Northwestern College, producing monthly gift reports, producing gift acknowledgement correspondences to donors, assisting donors and advancement staff with gift inquiries, and helping with occasional donor celebration events.

A bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with coursework or job experience in accounting or other financial reporting is preferred, but all candidates will be considered. Our ideal candidate will be able to accurately process a high volume of gifts, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and have solid data and technology skills. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting individual who is eager to join in supporting a successful team of fundraising professionals.
