Clinical Site Recruitment & Retention Coordinator
The physician assistant studies program at Northwestern College seeks a clinical site recruitment and retention coordinator to assist the director of clinical education in recruitment, retention and communication with clinical sites as well as participate in program development and accreditation activities. Job duties include: direct contact recruiting providers to act as preceptors and clinical faculty; evaluating clinical sites, preceptors and students; representing the PA program at community, state and national PA events to build relationships for the program; and assisting in other PA program work. This is a 12-month full-time position and will involve 50% travel and 50% office duties.
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills to develop relationships with clinical administrators and clinicians
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Possess knowledge of computers and technology to perform assigned tasks
- Preference given to candidates with experience in sales and marketing, health care or project management
