Assistant Cross Country and Track Coach
Northwestern College is looking for a passionate, experienced distance coach to assist the men’s and women’s cross country and track programs for the 2022-23 season and beyond. This is a full-time position. The assistant coach will assist with recruiting, along with developing and overseeing workouts for our distance crew. The successful candidate will also work alongside other members of the coaching staff to ensure our distance runners receive the instruction to succeed in their given events during the cross country and track seasons.
Coaching certification is required. College coaching experience is preferred. Excellent communication, relationship building, critiquing and motivation skills are desirable.
