Residence Hall Director (Female)
Northwestern College's student life division is looking to hire a full-time (10-month) resident director for Fern Smith Hall (192 women). We are looking for someone committed to our mission of “forming students for faithful, flourishing lives of service to God, one another and the world.” We are seeking professionals who:
- Embrace Northwestern College’s educational mission and further that mission in the residential context
- Have a passion for building relationships with traditional-aged college students and leading them toward holistic development
- Exemplify the spiritual maturity, emotional intelligence and leadership skills necessary to contribute to a cohesive and professional residence life staff
Candidates should possess a B.A. degree and residence life experience. A master’s degree in higher education or a related field with professional experience in residence life is preferred.
The successful candidate will have an authentic Christian faith and support the college’s mission and identity as expressed in our Vision for Learning, Vision for Diversity and Statement of Christian Identity
