Perry Krosschell

 Perry Krosschell has worked in Christian education his entire career, serving in recruiting, residence life, coaching and counseling positions both at Northwestern and in several Christian high schools. He believes Christian higher education prepares graduates to make an impact in their communities by offering students opportunities for intellectual, personal and spiritual development.
A native of California, Krosschell has lived in both The Golden State and Iowa. He previously served as the director of admissions and community relations and head football coach at Linfield Christian School in Temecula, California. He recently moved to back to Iowa so he and his wife could raise their family in a safe, values-driven community. In addition to his role as Northwestern’s director of campus safety and security, Krosschell is also the head football coach at Unity Christian High School in Orange City, where he helped start the program.
A graduate of Northwestern, Krosschell earned a master’s degree in counseling from the University of South Dakota. He and his wife also manage a nationwide sales staff for their candle business.
