Multicultural Awareness Club

The Multicultural Awareness Club (MCA) exists to bring the message of reconciliation to Northwestern’s campus. It includes students who are concerned about issues of race and ethnicity and the injustices endured by people of color in the U.S. and around the world. Club members regularly attend the National Christian Multicultural Student Leadership Conference. They also expand their own awareness through multicultural movies, books, discussions and simulations. They visit multicultural communities, churches and restaurants in our region and adhere to their club verse: “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone” Romans 12:17-18.

Contact student leaders Sneha Babu, Danny Eshcol or Kayla Hall for information about getting involved.
