Furniture/amenities provided: Bed; dresser; desk with chair; kitchen with stove, refrigerator and table with chairs; couch and recliner; air conditioner

Community spaces: An outdoor courtyard

Laundry/cooking facilities: Community laundry room in each building; full kitchen in each apartment

Distance to the caf’: About a two-minute walk

Courtyard Village traditions: A couple of years ago, Rachel Menke hosted Cookie Day, baking and serving cookies from 4 p.m. to midnight every Thursday. An average of 180 students stopped by her apartment for cookies every week.
