Music department scholarships

Music scholarships are given based on students’ special achievements and their potential for further development. Scholarships are given for one year and reviewed annually; scholarships are renewed if the recipient has remained compliant with the scholarship’s terms.

Music scholarships are available to both incoming and currently enrolled students; they range from $500 to $4,000 per academic year. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of past musical experience, recommendations from music teachers, an audition and participation in the music department. Applications are available from the admissions office or the music department. Students also can download the forms (PDF format)

To request more information, contact music department secretary Nora Verburg by e-mail or phone, 712-707-7062.
