Northwestern College is a thriving co-educational, undergraduate, liberal arts college affiliated with the Reformed Church in America. With a growing national reputation as a premier Christian liberal arts college, Northwestern has an excellent physical plant, a strong record of success in enrollment and fund raising, and a recently-completed strategic plan that calls for a number of new facilities and programmatic initiatives. The faculty, 83 percent of whom have the highest degree in their field, are active Christian scholars, known for their caring approach to students. We seek faculty and staff who are evangelical in theology, hold a Reformed perspective, and are committed to the distinctives of a Christian liberal arts education. Over 1,300 students currently are enrolled, with a full-time faculty of 77 and a full-time staff of 108.
