Northwestern Volleyball Team to Play at CSM Tournament
The Red Raider volleyball team will travel to Omaha, Neb. to play in the College of St. Mary's Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 6. Northwestern, ranked seventh in the NAIA, is 5-0 overall, 1-0 in the GPAC and will play two matches on Saturday.

Women's Soccer Takes on Bemidji State
Coach Van Roekel's soccer team left early Friday morning for Bemidji, Minn. to play in the Bemidji State Tournament. Northwestern is joined by host Bemidji State and Minnesota State University-Moorhead in the three team tournament. The Red Raiders will take on MSU-Moorhead tomorrow.

NWC Women's Cross Country Team Tied for 14th in NAIA Rating
After one of the best ever seasons in 2007, the Northwestern College cross country team opens the season tied for 14th in the NAIA preseason poll. The Red Raiders finished the season ranked 15th in the final poll but then went on to finish 10th at the national meet.

Men's Golf Team to Open GPAC Championship Play
The Northwestern College men's golf team will compete tomorrow (Saturday, Sept. 6) in the first round of the GPAC Championships. Round one will take place at Wild Oak Golf Club in Mitchell, S.D. and will be hosted by Dakota Wesleyan. The Red Raiders will tee-off around 10:40 am.
